In conjunction with StaffOne, BKM Sowan Horan and the Frisco Chamber of Commerce, my firm will be presenting the second part of a 4-part educational series. A new part takes place each quarter and this quarter the focus is on employment law. Our presentation will explain how your employee headcount of 1, 15, 20 and 50 impacts and affects your legal obligations and responsibilities. We will explain the employee thresholds and basics of each law but also dive into the pitfalls and dangers a company can face from an employment law and HR perspective and how to avoid those pitfalls and dangers and thereby reduce liability.
The program will take place on Tuesday, August 25th at the Frisco Chamber of Commerce starting at 8:15 a.m. and will conclude by 9:30 a.m. Light breakfast items will be served and it is completely free of charge!
