What to Expect When Working with 3rd Party Recruiters
Some HR professionals have had recruiting responsibilities and others haven’t. Either way, we are more often than not accustomed to being the coach & counselor than we are being coached and counseled. Yet this is the role you can find yourself in when in transition. This discussion will be led by Denise Raver, VP HR Talent Solutions for Delta Dallas, who will facilitate a discussion about the best approaches, what to expect and how to leverage relationships with professional third party (i.e., non-corporate) recruiters.

Eligibility to attend JobLink meetings:
JobLink is free and open to individuals who are currently unemployed or who have been notified that their jobs are ending and who are seeking employment in the field of human resources. (Consultants, either established or starting their own business, are encouraged to join the DallasHR Consultants PEG).
You do not need to be a member of DallasHR to attend. Dress is business casual. Each meeting features a program on a job search topic along with networking opportunities.
First time attendees are encouraged to arrive earlier (around 8:00am) for an orientation and to meet the JobLink co-chair.
