Join this session to learn where to begin, events to attend, how to network, and tips to stay connected to your new network. This session will review best practices for networking, hear how others have landed from networking, and share information for groups to join to develop your network.
Be prepared to discuss your current networking strategy and share information with others seeking their next opportunity.

8:30 - 9:00 am - Introductions, sharing job leads
9:00 - 10:30 am – Creating a Strategy to Network
additional networking until 11:00 am
Eligibility to attend JobLink meetings:
JobLink is free and open to individuals who are currently unemployed or who have been notified that their jobs are ending and who are seeking employment in the field of human resources. (Consultants, either established or starting their own business, are encouraged to join the DallasHR Consultants PEG).
You do not need to be a member of DallasHR to attend. Dress is business casual. Each meeting features a program on a job search topic along with networking opportunities.
First time attendees are encouraged to arrive earlier (around 8:00am) for an orientation and to meet the JobLink co-chair.
