I was researching North Carolina law this evening when I came upon an article by a HR lawyer there who was thanking his clients because, well, they are great clients. He listed six traits that make a great client, and I agree with him 100%, as our clients demonstrate the same six traits, as listed below:
Clients that train their employees.
Clients that document well.
Clients that investigate complaints.
Clients that pick up the phone.
Clients that care about the law.
Clients that want to do the right thing.
