Compensation Communication Strategy

One of my clients needs to put together a Compensation Communications Plan for her population (merger situation).

Once the two companies were merged, they did a comp study-- as a result, they’re making some adjustments, and they need an action plan/communications plan regarding how to roll that out to the company now--starting with executives, then management/supervisors, then all other EEs.

If you've done something like before or have ideas around where she should start, would you be willing to talk to her briefly about it?
