6 difficult questions to ask when planning your next business event

Imagine you've been tasked with organizing your company’s next important event. It may be the next round of sales training, or a board meeting, or the long-standing annual conference. The first questions that come to mind are important, and certainly need to be answered. For example:

• Where do we hold the meeting?
• How many people?
• What’s our budget?

While these questions are critical, some of the most meaningful questions are the ones that go unasked.
