Topic: The First 90 Days – Do you have a plan…  a really, really good plan?

You may have a plan to learn more about the business, understand priorities, learn about the players and influencers, the systems, etc., but is it a great plan - one that accelerates your success in your new role?

As the interview process progresses, so do the expectations of leaders of you to start formulating a more comprehensive plan for the first 30-60-90 days in the role.   It is more than listening to the goals and priorities, and outlining the steps you may take.  Have you incorporated different transition strategies into your plan?  How will your plan resonate with the CEO who wants to see results fast?

When you have landed and taken a breath to celebrate and regroup…  what now?  Your actions in the first few days and months set the tone for your success in the role.  Do you have a road map?
