Topic: Redefining building HR competencies

The discussion will focus on building HR teams with the competencies needed to deliver today's and future business imperatives. Are junior HR professionals being mentored effectively?

Human Resource Competency Study (HRCS) answers the question: What knowledge and abilities are necessary for successful HR professionals? The HRCS produced a clear model for competencies needed by high-performing HR professionals and departments. http://hrcs.rbl.net/
