Presenting Yourself With Presence
Are you a senior HR leader in transition? Join your peers to discuss best approaches in your search for those top jobs.
As a candidate for senior level HR roles, your interviewers are making a judgment from the first moment they meet you about how strong you are as leader. What impression are you making? Executive Presence is something most senior leaders have difficulty defining but they all believe they know it when they see it. In this session we will explore the elements of Executive Presence and how you can convey it in the first few minutes when you meet someone.
As always, the discussion will be focused on the challenges you face as senior HR professionals.
What other questions would you like answered?
The session is lead by Mike Caracalas, an independent Executive Coach
and Leadership Consultant with nearly 20 years developing leaders in
Fortune 500 organizations across a diverse set of industries.
Mike joins the ProLink team to facilitate discussions highly relevant to senior level HR professionals in transition.
