HR Leaders and CFOs Connect

Discussion:

Driving Performance Through Enhanced HR/Finance Collaboration

How are you collaborating with peers at the C-Suite?  Profiles of today’s CFO show how the role is evolving and raise important questions about talent and leadership development.   Do your priorities converge?  Do you consider financial pressures when making recommendations? What issues do HR and Finance have in common?  What is meant by "Enhanced HR/Finance Collaboration"?

In preparation for this meeting read the report by Towers Watson on Driving Profitable Growth Through Collaboration.

Discuss the research and conclusions, share war stories from your recent experience, and prepare to engage CFOs and Finance execs in high-impact discussions.

Invite a CFO or Finance Director to the meeting!

DallasHR ProLink hosts quarterly networking meetings to discuss topics of interest to CFOs, promoting more effective networking and improved interviewing at the C-Suite level.  Designed to enhance leadership connectivity, discussions focus on business challenges facing both Finance and HR, and the CEO's expectations of HR leaders and CFOs in addressing these issues.
