Being Prepared for The Interview Process – At our next JobLink meeting on Tuesday, April 7th, we will discuss the dynamics of the interview process; from the phone screen, interview with the HR manager, interview with the hiring manager, and testing. It’s all about being prepared for each step that might come your way during the interview process. You will leave with a better understanding of what to prepare for and how to prepare for each step in the interview process.
About the Speaker :
Lisa is the Director of Human Resources for Imprimis Group where she is responsible for overseeing all human resources functions, such as, onboarding, management of benefits, compensation, payroll, employee relations, counseling, terminations, and ensures compliance of local, state and federal laws. Prior to joining the company, Lisa worked with such companies as Guardian Mortgage, Graham Packaging and USA TODAY. Lisa proudly served our country as a veteran of the US Army. She is a member of SHRM, DallasHR and Lake Pointe Woman to Woman Mentoring.
