UP UNTIL NOW…
Three Words That Can Transform Any Transition
When facing a transition – any transition – a series of doubts seem to surface that land in the form of limiting beliefs, i.e.
1. What if I fail (or don’t succeed by my standards?)
2. What if now is the wrong time to be considering this?
3. What if my age, background, experience, etc., aren’t what an employer wants?
4. What if the economy seems to be stalling my best efforts?
In this presentation, participants will have an opportunity to be clear about these – or other – doubts that may stand in the way of success. By asking 3 simple questions, these doubts or limiting beliefs can be transformed into success strategies. This discussion will be led by Dottie Gandy. Dottie has transformed her limiting beliefs into remarkable successes…over and over again. And she wants you to experience the same transition success stories.
Dottie brings a richness of background that includes highly successful careers as a corporate executive, business owner, consultant, keynote speaker, facilitator and author. Ms. Gandy and Marsha Clark are the co-authors of Choose! The Role That Choice Plays in Shaping Women’s Lives (Brown Books Publishing, September 2004). Dottie is the founder of The Up to Something Group in Dallas, TX, whose members choose to be intentional about designing the lives they want – and create extraordinary results in the process. She was the regional director for the Franklin Covey Company in Dallas. Dottie is the co-founder of the National Association of Women Business Owners. In 2012, Dottie chose to “rewire” rather than retire. She is now the Market Director in Dallas for the Mentoring Women’s Network.
