Organization Design:  Beyond the Org Chart

Just about every HR leader has been involved in a re-organization of one kind or another.  Sometimes it's a thoughtful design process, sometimes it's a cost cutting emergency.  Either way, HR holds the keys to an effective organizational structure.  In our next ProLink meeting, we'll discuss Organization Design and how structure fits into the design discussion.  We will also spend some time talking about typical HR Org Structures.

Eligibility to attend ProLink meetings:

ProLink is for HR Directors and above who are also members of JobLink.  It is a self-directed group, so topics discussed are selected by the attendees, and highly relevant to HR leaders. 

JobLink is free and open to individuals who are currently unemployed or who have been notified that their jobs are ending and who are seeking employment in the field of human resources. (Consultants, either established or starting their own business, are encouraged to join the DallasHR Consultants PEG).

You do not need to be a member of DallasHR to attend. Dress is business casual. Each meeting features a program on a HR leadership topic along with networking opportunities.
