Everyone feels stress at one time or another.  It's how you manage the stress that matters.  Looking for a job can be stressful, but then again, working can be stressful.  As an HR professional, you deal with your own stress, whether looking for a job and working at one, and at the same time, you have some responsibility for the culture of the organization.  When organizations are stressed, results suffer.

In our next Pro-Link meeting, we'll be discussing the 3 keys to managing stress.  Join us at the DallasHR offices at 9am, this Wednesday, March 12th.  The discussion will be led by Mike Caracalas, a Leadership Coach with a lifetime of experience managing stress.
