Driving Engagement Through Benefits and Recognition

In the past, you may have thought of incentives as just a way to engage your workforce and motivate employees to reach goals or reward/recognize them for a job well done. That’s still true, but research now shows that Employee Wellness and Recognition programs can be designed to drive employee participation and behavior change. These cultural shifts will support long-term strategies that determine what employees and the organization values and wants, resulting in significant improvements in overall company results.

Join us as we hear how Michaels Stores developed their highly regarded Wellness and Recognition Programs and how these programs have impacted their workforce, their culture and their company performance.
