Career Crossroads

Are you a senior HR leader in transition?  Join your peers to discuss best approaches in your search for those top jobs.

One of the hurdles often faced by more senior HR professionals is being considered for roles that may be smaller in scope or responsibility than the one they recently held.

You are not alone if one of these statements resonate:
"I'd like to apply my skills in a smaller company and recognize that I may have to adjust my salary expectations"
"I'm willing to consider a step back"
"I don't need the same salary level or the same stress level at this point in my career"
"I recognize that if I'm not willing to relocate then options in DFW at my level may be limited, so I must be flexible and consider alternatives".

Join us for a discussion on alternative career strategies, and how to position for success. Often we are great at solving others problems. Let's work together to come up with solutions for each other.

As always, ProLink discussions focus on the challenges you face as senior HR professionals.
