Change Management In An Unpredictable World
Are you a senior HR leader in transition? Join your peers to discuss best approaches in your search for those top jobs.
“HR can play a positive role in helping companies to become adaptable at their core. HR is already a partner to business in many change efforts, but HR's impact would be many times greater if it played a lead role in eliminating the barriers to adaptation and in building new capabilities that facilitate change. This is particularly true for aspects of the management model that HR controls, such as change management, organizational design, talent acquisition and deployment, learning and development, and performance review.” (CNN Money – April 22, 2013 – Why Companies need to change the way they change.)
This multi-faceted highly interactive ProLink discussion focuses on Change Management (ASAP) in the context of today's environment.
Change Management has many impinging influencers such as: Gen Y now managers and leaders, emerging new generation groups, changing technology - hardware/software - cloud based storage and retrieval, faster/cheaper implementation (more immediate transformation and tighter scheduling), being a more agile organization and responsive to agile tools and methodologies, social media - slippage of message control and organizational behavior and privacy/confidentiality.
As always, ProLink discussions focus on the challenges you face as senior HR professionals.
The discussion will be facilitated by Mark Novas.
