Are you (or do you know someone who is) an HR executive "In Transition?" If so, Pro-Link is for you. We are a sub-group of Job-Link, focused on hands-on support and coaching for senior level HR professionals (Director and above) conducting a job search. We meet the 2nd and 4th Wednesday of each month, from 9am to 10:30am, at the DallasHR office, 4100 Spring Valley Rd. Suite 300.
Our typical agenda is:
- Intros/networking
- Lead sharing
- Peer coaching and support dialogue
- Check-in with anyone who has begun the 1:1 coaching.
- Networking/close
For those members who attend meetings, you are also eligible for 3 months of pro bono 1:1 coaching from a professionally certified coach. This is made possible via an arrangement between DallasHR and the International Coach Federation North Texas chapter.
