Developing Your Company's Leadership Capability

HR should play the role of strategic driver in any Leadership Development effort, whether they are running all the components or simply partnering with and advising a top leadership team. During this session we will explore the important elements to consider in your company's Leadership Development strategy. As part of this interactive discussion we will determine if there are future Leadership Development topics that the ProLink group would like to explore more deeply in future sessions.

Eligibility to attend ProLink meetings:

ProLink is for HR Directors and above who are also members of JobLink.  It is a self-directed group, so topics discussed are selected by the attendees, and highly relevant to HR leaders. 

JobLink is free and open to individuals who are currently unemployed or who have been notified that their jobs are ending and who are seeking employment in the field of human resources. (Consultants, either established or starting their own business, are encouraged to join the DallasHR Consultants PEG).

You do not need to be a member of DallasHR to attend. Dress is business casual. Each meeting features a program on a HR leadership topic along with networking opportunities.
