HR Leaders and CFOs Connect

Discussion –  Economic Trends, Priorities and Budgets

Profiles of today’s CFO show how the role is evolving and raise important questions about talent and leadership development.

Invite a CFO or Finance Director to the meeting!

DallasHR ProLink hosts quarterly networking meetings with CFOs in transition.  Designed to enhance leadership connectivity, discussions focus on business challenges facing both Finance and HR, and the CEO's expectations of HR leaders and CFOs in addressing these issues.

Just as the expectation of HR Leaders has changed to be strategic and results-oriented business partners, the expectations of CFOs has also evolved.  A CFO is “a strategic, operationally-oriented finance executive who can serve as the business partner to the CEO”.  (Heidrick & Struggles)
