Session description:
· Participants in this session will come to know the common definition of networking,
· They will be exposed to all the key components of the networking process,
· Participants will walk away with knowledge of “who they need to include in their network”,
· Understand the foundation for establishing critical goals for each networking opportunity,
· Determine their personal brand and how to strategically push that brand, and
· Critical tools that are needed to market their brand through strategic networking.
As always, ProLink discussions focus on the challenges you face as senior HR professionals.

Eligibility to attend ProLink meetings:
ProLink is for HR Directors and above who are also members of JobLink. It is a self-directed group, so topics discussed are suggested by the attendees, and highly relevant to HR leaders.
JobLink is free and open to individuals who are currently unemployed or who have been notified that their jobs are ending and who are seeking employment in the field of human resources. You do not need to be a member of DallasHR to attend. Dress is business casual. Each meeting features a program on a HR leadership topic along with networking opportunities.
